Modular reinforced concrete houses: faster and longer-lasting

A finished house in days instead of months of construction — how volumetric reinforced concrete module technology works and who it suits.

Conventional construction means months of work, dependence on the weather and dozens of contractors. A modular reinforced concrete house works differently: we manufacture all load-bearing elements at the factory under controlled conditions, and the main task on site is to install the ready sections by crane on a prepared base.

What the customer gets

  • Speed. Factory production takes weeks, on-site installation — 1–3 days. Neither rain nor frost stops the work.
  • Durability. Reinforced concrete is built for decades of service, does not burn and is not afraid of moisture or biological decay.
  • Predictability. Factory geometry and quality control mean you get exactly what you ordered, on time and on budget.
  • Mobility. If needed, a module can be dismantled and relocated to a new site.

Two approaches to one result

We build houses in two ways: from volumetric block-modules (ready sections with windows and finishing) and from precast reinforced concrete slabs (wall and floor panels for one- and two-storey houses). Which to choose depends on the project, number of storeys and budget; we select the solution for the task.
