Our projects and works

The manufacture of anti-tank «dragon's teeth» barriers is one of the key areas of PVC ARSENAL's work. We cast and shipped a batch of reinforced-concrete PZ-1 tetrahedrons for arranging continuous lines of anti-tank defence against wheeled and tracked vehicles. Each element is made of heavy concrete of class B25 (C25/30) with a water-resistance grade W6 and frost resistance F200, with a through steel lifting loop for crane installation; the products comply with DSTU B V.2.6-2:2009. Our own production line makes it possible to manufacture large volumes in series within tight deadlines and to ship the obstacles to facilities throughout Ukraine.

The manufacture of a platoon strongpoint (VOP) is a comprehensive project to create a precast reinforced-concrete fortification structure for defensive lines. We produced a full set of factory-made concrete elements (VOP-04), from which a protected firing complex is assembled on site — quickly, without formwork and lengthy «wet» processes. Factory manufacturing guarantees stable geometry, control of the concrete class and reinforcement, and predictable protection characteristics. The solution is intended for arranging defensive lines, company and platoon strongpoints and long-term firing structures; we provide the manufacture and delivery of elements with our own facilities throughout Ukraine.

The delivery of modular concrete «LEGO» blocks is a project in which we provided the full cycle: from manufacturing the blocks at our own production to shipping and delivering them directly to the customer's site. The blocks with a «tongue-and-groove» connection system are assembled without cement mortar — quickly and precisely, which makes it possible to promptly erect retaining walls, fortifications, foundations and temporary structures and, if necessary, dismantle them just as quickly. The key value of the project is logistics: our own transport and established routes make it possible to assemble the required volume and deliver it within a convenient timeframe to any region of Ukraine.

A separate area of PVC ARSENAL's work is the manufacture of steel moulds (matrices) for concrete and reinforced-concrete products. We design and manufacture the tooling in which slabs, blocks, rings, trays, elements of fortification structures and other constructions are then cast — to standard sizes or to the customer's individual drawing. The moulds are made of steel: this ensures accurate product geometry, dimensional stability during operation and multi-cycle use — a single steel mould is designed for a large number of pours without loss of quality. The design provides for convenient assembly and stripping, reliable fixation of embedded parts and operation on vibrating tables. A full cycle at our own production — from developing drawings and cutting metal to welding, machining and geometry control — makes it possible to manufacture both standard and non-standard moulds of complex configuration. This gives the customer stable quality of serial products and independence from third-party tooling suppliers.
