Road slabs manufactured by PVC ARSENAL have two main uses in construction — for building temporary roads, including access roads to facilities on construction sites, where reuse is a significant advantage, and also in the construction of city roads and connections.

Thanks to the features of our production technology, which include vibro-compaction of the concrete mix, heat treatment and the use of heavy reinforced concrete, PVC ARSENAL road slabs can withstand significant mechanical loads, have increased compressive and bending strength and accordingly retain integrity over a long service life.

The production capacities of our enterprise make it possible to produce, in large quantities, high-quality road slabs of various sizes: both standard and individual, non-standard sizes.

Standard road slabs manufactured by PVC ARSENAL differ by slab type, linear dimensions, maximum load and the class of concrete used in manufacturing.

Road slab markings may indicate: «PD» — road slab, «1P» / «2P» — for permanent or temporary roads, the second digit — the slab size type, the last digits may indicate the load class, and additional designations may include the length, width and thickness of the slab and the concrete class.

Example of a designation:

• PD 1-6: slab for permanent roads, load 6 t/axle;

• 1P 30.18-10: slab for permanent roads, 30 m long, 18 m wide, load 10 t/axle;

• PD 2-9.5: slab for temporary roads, load 9.5 t/axle;

• PDS 3.5×2×0.16: slab with specific dimensions

A separate type is airfield slabs, designed for increased impact and bending loads. For this, a double reinforcement cage is embedded in them, which provides an additional strength reserve.
