Stair flights
Reinforced-concrete stair flights are precast elements for arranging inter-floor stairs in residential, public and industrial buildings. A ready-made step profile and a load-bearing frame reduce installation time and provide an even, strong and safe stair structure. The products are made of heavy concrete with a reinforcement cage in accordance with current standards, which gives resistance to abrasion and long-term operational loads.
Application
Precast reinforced-concrete stair flights, stair landings and other elements of stair structures manufactured by PVC ARSENAL can be used in the construction of all types of industrial and civil buildings and structures.
The versatility and simplicity of assembling stair structures make it possible to install transitions between floors in buildings of any number of storeys at minimal construction cost compared with casting monolithic reinforced-concrete stairs and landings, while not reducing the reliability and durability of the service life.
The industrial capacities of our precast-concrete plants can manufacture stair flights and landings of both serial, standard type and to individual designs.
In addition to the general product types listed, it is possible to manufacture other necessary elements of stair structures — overlay treads (single steps) and reinforced-concrete support beams for stair landings.

The production capacities of PVC ARSENAL make it possible to manufacture both standard and non-standard varieties of stair flights, stair landings and other stair elements.
Standard stair flights differ in linear dimensions, design load, and also by design type: a stair flight (SM) mounted on the lower and upper stair landings, a stair flight (SMP) with lower and upper stair half-landings, or a stair flight with only an upper stair half-landing.
Variants of stair elements can also be made depending on the direction of upward movement on the stairs — right or left — accordingly counter-clockwise or clockwise.
Examples of marking and designations of precast stair elements
a) LM 30.11.15-4 — stair flight type SM; length approximately in dm (L) — 3030 mm, width approximately in dm (B) — 1050 mm, height of the vertical projection approximately in dm (H) — 1500 mm; «4» — for residential buildings, intended for use on stairs with a design load of 360 kg/m²;
b) LMP 57.11.15-5 — stair flight type SMP; length approximately in dm (L) — 5650 mm, width approximately in dm (B) — 1050 mm, height of the vertical projection approximately in dm (H) — 1500 mm; «5» — for public buildings, production and auxiliary buildings of industrial enterprises, intended for use on stairs with a design load of 480 kg/m².
